Reliaarch ("we", "us", or "our") operates reliaarch.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

  • Subscribe to Pro — payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Use our tools — the inputs you enter into our AI tools (business problems, use cases, objections, etc.)
  • Contact us — name, email, and message content

We also automatically collect basic usage data such as which tools you use and how frequently.

The text you enter into Reliaarch tools is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We do not store your tool inputs beyond what is necessary to generate your response. We do not use your inputs to train our models.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days and then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
